petition to call borderline personality disorder emotional dysregulation personality disorder because

• some professionals already are calling it emotional dysregulation disorder
• it sounds better
• it’s more accurate
• it’ll give people the impression of how the disorder works at first glance instead of confusing people
• there isn’t already a disorder initialized EDPD so it’s less likely to get confused with anything (e.g. bipolar disorder)
• if we can do it with DID, we can do it with BPD
